3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Deposit ৳22,000 or more and the bonus is capped at ৳10,000 — total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, calculated on the bonus amount only.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may use each bonus offer only once.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Transferring or selling bonuses is prohibited.
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• bz77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

Sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, and other gaming services are available on the bz77 platform. Each game category has its own rules, which are detailed within the game itself.

• All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, the wagered amount is generally refunded.
• Live casino games use software from accredited providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.
• If a connection is lost during a game session, the game will continue upon reconnection; an established process will be followed for any losses due to technical reasons.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bz77 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be confiscated:

• Attempting to influence the system through fraud, hacking, or any other unfair means.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or any activity involving illegal funds.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or crawlers.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate games (Collusion).
• Exploiting any bug or error in the system and failing to report it after discovery.
